All books displayed on the cpibookdelivery.com website are described in good faith and as accurately as possible. 

Book prices 

Book prices are valid for the day of the site consultation, or for the period mentioned on the site. 

Prices of books shown on the website are exclusive of VAT and Delivery Charges.  

Delivery Charge 

Information regarding the Delivery Charge can be found on the page entitled Delivery Charge. Delivery charges to countries outside the UK and European Union do not include any import duties, local taxes or additional charges for customs clearance that may apply in the country of destination. All those charges must be borne by the customer, as shall the responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations. 

Orders 

Incoming orders will be dealt with in the order in which they are received. 

Although many books will be in stock, some may have to be manufactured in order to fulfil your order. In the case of books that are in stock despatch from our fulfilment centre will normally be effected within 5 working days. In the case of books that have to be manufactured to order, despatch will normally be effected within 10 working days. 

All books that are ordered must be paid immediately by credit or debit card. Orders will be despatched after confirmation that the payment transaction has been completed successfully. 

Returning an order 

The customer has a 7 day period to reconsider the order that he or she has placed. If within that period the customer decides that he or she does not want the book, the goods must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged. Books must be returned to the following address:

The cost of return despatch must be paid for by the customer. Reimbursement of the cost of the book will be made after we have received the book and verified that it is in an undamaged state. 

If a book received by the customer does not match the order, or if the book has been damaged in transit, the customer may return it to the address shown above. Reimbursement of the cost of the book, the original Delivery Charge and the cost of return despatch incurred by the customer (if supported by a receipt of payment from the transit supplier) will be made after we have received the book and verified the mismatch to original order or verified the damaged state of the book.

cpibookdelivery.com does not guarantee it will not suffer any interruptions in, or errors of, service. 

cpibookdelivery.com does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information displayed on the website. 

cpibookdelivery.com shall not be held responsible for any prejudice resulting from the use of the site, including direct and indirect damages.
